PROFILE

Designer HsinWen Tsai is an experienced industrial designer.
HsinWen graduated from Designskolen Kolding, Denmark. Before studying in Denmark, she worked 3 years as a houseware designer in a trading company, Andes, which produces many kinds of products of traditional industry and sells them to Europe. In order to know more about people from another part of the world, HsinWen decided to study in Europe.
After 3 years in Denmark and Italy, HsinWen came back to Taiwan and worked in a computer company, ASUS, for 6 years. In ASUS, except for working together with many talented designers from different countries, the most important experience is to know how to work with other people to solve all kinds of problems from concept to mass production.
HsinWen's real interest is daily using products. That’s why she left ASUS and started to work on her own. HsinWen believes for any products, there is always a better combination of form and function. The fun part of design for her is to deconstruct and reconstruct products. In this way, HsinWen hopes she can find more possibilities for people!
